Bushmills Black Bush

Pour a splash of Black Bush and you may well be surprised. Though one of the world’s biggest volume Irish whiskey brands, it does not follow the usual rules of light, bright and golden. In fact, the high proportion of malt in the blend, combined with ageing in oloroso sherry casks, means that Black Bush has a darker profile than you would expect. The blend is still approachable and smooth, but with accents of dark fruits, rich spice and nuts. Serve it with a hefty ice cube and sip the night away.
